Cancelation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48-hour notice to avoid a cancelation fee. Cancelations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of service. If you are a no show, you will be charged 100% for your service. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reach out to your stylist to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our team and other guests.

Retail Return Policy

We are happy to accept any retail products you purchased within 14 days of the original purchase date. The purchase can be exchanged for other retail or put on your account for a later retail purchase. No cash will be given.

Appointments

Appointments are recommended, please arrive at the time of your appointment. If you are 15 minutes behind your appointment cannot be guaranteed. If you are running late, please call the Studio. Walk-in/Same-day appointments are accommodated whenever possible.

Children Policy

We offer children services. We require children not to run around the studio for their safety and others. There are people working and tools that could cause injury. Please make sure they are sitting and safe. If you are here for a longer appointment, we ask that you reframe from bringing children under 10 with you.
